Renovation and repair work undertaken to prepare an existing property for its planned conversion into a hotel. The project combined painting, roofing work and general building repairs to refresh the property’s appearance and support the next stage of its development.
Exterior repainting refreshed the façades and architectural details, complemented by work to the balcony metalwork, garage doors and distinctive timber entrance. Timber features around the entrance and covered outdoor areas were refinished to retain their warm character.
Interior painting and finishing helped create a consistent presentation throughout the property. Together with roofing and building repairs, these improvements formed part of the preparation for its future use as guest accommodation.
