A complete 150sqm new-build house constructed from the ground up, delivering a fully finished home from foundations to final finishes. The project included complete electrical and water installations, roofing and insulated ceilings, screeded floors finished with a clear gel sealer, as well as fully completed bathrooms, main bedroom and living areas.
The build was completed in accordance with NHBRC standards, working closely with the architect throughout the project to ensure quality workmanship, accurate execution and compliance at every stage.
